Meet Bed Cat

Bed Cat is 13-ish. Maybe older. He’s stopped keeping track.

Bed Cat has lived many lives. He’s been a mattress salesman, a regional manager at a failing Sears, and briefly owned a timeshare in Boca Raton. He is now retired and spends his golden years doing what he does best: loafing in patches of sunlight and minding his own damn business.

Despite being approximately 70 years old in cat years, Bed Cat is surprisingly spry. The man has places to be. Where? Unclear. But he’ll get there.
Give him a little patience, a warm sunny window, and somewhere comfortable to loaf, and eventually you’ll earn the privilege of becoming part of his retirement plan.
