Reserve Your Spot in the Cat Lounge

All Cat Lounge reservations require acceptance of our Cat Lounge Agreement during checkout. In short, by booking, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Guests must treat cats gently and respectfully. No picking up cats. Move calmly, follow staff directions, and let the cats come to you.
• For the safety and wellbeing of our cats, any striking, kicking, chasing, grabbing, or intentional mistreatment of a cat will result in the immediate end of the session for the guest and their party.
• Cats may scratch, nip, climb, or react unpredictably. By visiting, you accept these risks and agree not to hold Biscuits & Beans Cat Café, our staff, volunteers, or rescue partners liable for normal animal-related interactions.
• Children ages 7 and under must each have an accompanying adult present in the Cat Lounge at all times. Guests ages 8–15 must be accompanied by an adult during their visit.
• We’ll always do our best to accommodate late arrivals whenever possible, but because lounge sessions run on a structured schedule for both guests and cats, late entry may not always be available or may shorten your visit time.
• If you reserve for additional guests, you confirm they understand and agree to the Cat Lounge rules. Staff may request individual signatures upon arrival.
• Teens ages 16 and 17 may visit independently and are fully responsible for their own behavior and safety while in the lounge.
• You will ensure no one in your party has severe cat allergies or behavioral needs that would prevent a safe and enjoyable visit for your guests, our staff, or the cats.
• ADA-trained service dogs are welcome in the café, but are not permitted in the Cat Lounge. Emotional Support Animals and personal pets are not permitted in either the Café or Cat Lounge.
• Photos and video may be taken during your visit and may be used by Biscuits & Beans Cat Café for social media, promotional, and marketing purposes.

We understand plans can change. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your scheduled session are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 1-hour of the scheduled session time are non-refundable.

These policies help us manage limited lounge capacity, staffing, and the daily care and comfort of our cats.
